Decatur Farmers Market offers locally grown fresh organic and sustainable produce, flowers, and other organic and sustainable food products such as bread, jam, and sauces. It is a market that supports local farmers by offering them an in-town location to sell their products.

Hello ,

I am still in the desert on a Greyhound bus headed to Tucson. I am probably having fun however since I cannot see the future i cannot be sure as I write this. Ask me next week when I return.

Johnston Dairy is scheduled be at market tomorrow as long as the cows are generous.

Tomorrow our farmers will have broccoli, lettuce, salad mix, sweet potatoes, turnips, beets, parsley, cilantro, chard, arugula, onions, kale, collards,  and more fresh produce.

Cafe Campesino Atlanta/Little Red Hen Bake Shop will wake you up withcoffee, teas and yummy baked goodies.

Goodness Gracious Granola will have their awesome locally made granola.

Alta Cucina will be bringing their fine flavored oils and vinegars.

Antonio’s Fresh Pasta will have awesome hand made pasta.

Zocalo will spice it up with their savory salsas and tamales.

Tia’s Chia will be bringing delicious chia based gluten free goodies.

The Real Bread Co. will have a variety of breads made from freshly ground organic grains.

Paradise Found Farm will be serving some fine pestos.

Antico Mercante will have a great selection of cheeses, cured meats, olives, pasta and more.

Costa’s Pasta told me last Saturday they were planning on coming back this week.

Heat’s Legend plans on being there with their awesome BBQ sauce. It comes in 5 different heat levels too.

Deep South Mushroom Co. will be there if they have any mushrooms. They are tricky things to grow.

the Saturday market is located at the corner of N. McDonough St. and E. Trinity Place 1 block south of the square next to Decatur High School. Plenty of free parking in the Calloway Building lot at the corner of Trinity Place and Commerce Dr. The entrance is off Commerce Dr.

I currently in Arizona hiking in the Sonoran desert and conversing with cacti so this email serves as a reminder that the market is open today and most if not all of our fabulous vendors will be at market today.

Doug’s Wild Alaska Salmon will be there with the best salmon I have ever eaten.

Tink’s Grassfed Beef will have their delicious beef, pork and sausages.

Johnston Dairy with milk, cream, mozzarella.

Tia’s Chia will be bringing chia based gluten free goodies.

Zocalo will have salsas and tamales.

Hidden Springs farm will have local honey.

Deep South Mushroom Co. might be there. Check their facebook page to find out for sure.

Magnolia Bread Co. will not be at the market.

Simply Scrumptious is baking some scrumptious baked goods.

Farmers, farmers, farmers with cabbage, collards, turnips, kale, carrots, onions, arugula, lettuce, mustard, sweet potatoes, radishes, beets and more fine locally grown  organic produce.

Capra Gia Goat Cheese Co. might also be there if they have any milk from which to make cheese. Check our facebook page. Jeremy usually posts there if he is coming.

Chuice will have some delicious and chewy raw food in a bottle.

Antico Mercante will have a fine selection of cheeses, olives, pasta and other goodies.

Paradise Found Farm is planning on coming with their lovely pestos.
